Windows 10 build 21331 is a build of Cobalt, the 21H2 development semester of Windows as a service. An issue related to this build was posted to GitHub by a Microsoft employee on 9 March 2021.[1] An image of computers upgrading to the same build was later posted by Windows Insider Program lead Amanda Langwoski on the following day.[2]
